Availability is managed per listing from your dashboard calendar. You set the dates and times you can accept, and block anything you can't.

New bookings appear in your dashboard and you're notified by email so you can confirm and prepare.

Yes — block individual days, time slots or longer periods directly on the calendar.

Customers pay through Booka's checkout using UAE-compatible payment providers, so you don't have to chase payment on the day.

Completed bookings and their amounts are tracked in your dashboard so you always know what's due.
